  Not if they conflict with the posting guidelines. Also, since when does expressing an opinion about a rudely-voiced opinion equal infringing on one's right to hold that opinion?

  I honestly believe that given the above case, that employers should be allowed to ask prospective employees if they have any religious beliefs that would affect their job duties.

  I disagree. What they should be allowed (or required) to do is have a detailed list of what the job duties will entail, and then ask if there is any reason the prospective employee could not perform those duties.

  I wonder if a JW could sue them if they happen to be there when they sing Happy Birthday to some other patron, for, you know, infringing upon their religious sensitivities?

  i just had an encounter with a man at the bank and i'm still shaking:.

  i pull up to the bank to use the atm ( atm in small lobby), i park next to a large truck and next to the truck was another car.

  there was 1 man using the atm, and no one in line or outside.

  So, racism may have been involved? That does change the picture considerably, especially if he said "you people." I still think you could have picked something else to say that would have eased the situation, but I can see why you said what you did. Since I'm a bit of a redneck type myself, this is rather depressing.
